Nothing contained within the website should be construed as granting any license or the right to use any trademark/trade name/design/copyright without the prior written consent of the owner of the website. Any misuse or unauthorized of the intellectual property on this website will not be permitted and will be strictly dealt with as per the applicable laws of United Arab Emirates. You acknowledge that your use of the contents on this Website is for personal, non-commercial use.

We NEVER collect your credit/debit card number or card expiry date or other details pertaining to your credit/debit card on our website. 3.ORDERS
This Website offers for sale certain products domestically (i.e., in the U.A.E) and internationally. If you purchase any Products, you will be responsible for paying any applicable tax, which will be elaborated at the time of checkout. You can register by clicking on the Registration Link and create an “Account” at our website. You may register as soon as you have finished shopping or check out as a Guest. Our registration process is fast, free, and will save you time for future purchases. By creating an account with our store, you will be able to move through the checkout process faster, store multiple shipping addresses, view and track your orders in your account and more. We take no responsibility for any order placed by any minor, any person of unsound mind, unauthorized agents and/or any person otherwise incompetent to place such order.
4.DELIVERY AND SHIPPING
Orders are packed and shipped Monday – Friday only. Orders placed on weekends and selected holidays are processed on the next business day. If we are unable to process your order due to inaccurate or incomplete payment information, your order processing may be delayed an additional 2 business days. Orders with out-of-stock item(s), may take an additional business day to process. We ship from United Arab Emirates to all the countries. The cost of shipping will be calculated and indicated at the time of Checkout. The price you see on the checkout page is inclusive of shipping cost and is exactly what you would pay. PLEASE NOTE: Although we try our best to deliver your items during the estimated timeframe, delivery dates are not guaranteed. No extra handling charges will be charged to you at the time of delivery. Please do not make any such extra payments to anyone at the time of delivery. If you are not home, the order will be taken back and marked as not delivered. You can then obtain directions on how to procure your order. Not all products qualify for Fast Track Shipping. The order will be dispatched only after receipt of payment from your end. Estimated time of delivery shall be calculated from the date of dispatch only.
5.PAYMENTS
PAYMENTS – You may opt for a payment method from under the following heads: 1. Paying with a credit card or debit card 2. • Refunds will be made only in accordance with the terms herein and in the form of store credit, only. Such refunds would be processed within 5-7 working days of the acceptance for refund request in case the product has not been delivered to You and within 5-7 working days of receipt of product by us in case the product has already been delivered to You. • Goods once sold can only be exchanged for replacement or returned along with the original invoice for store credit, provided they meet Our terms and conditions. • All exchanges, including change of size are subject to availability and our specific confirmation. • Any product exchanged once will be considered as customized and not be eligible for further exchange. • In case of a refund or exchange, a restocking fee will be charged @15% of the MRP of the product. • Since We keep limited inventory and do not have all sizes available, at all times if the request for exchange cannot be processed, the store credit may be provided in accordance with the terms herein. • Store credits issued against refunds will be valid for a period of 12 months from the date of issuance. • All conditions applicable to the return of goods shall also apply to the exchange of goods. • Any request for return/ / exchange must be placed by You within 24 hours of delivery. No requests placed beyond this period would be entertained. • A product returned to Us as per these terms, can only be exchanged for another product or store credit. Store credit will be given upon receipt of product by Us and upon confirmation by Us that the product is in fact exchangeable / returnable as per these terms. • Products will be considered for exchange or return only if they are unworn and in perfect condition, and with all tags still attached. Products that are damaged, soiled or returned without their original labels may not be accepted and may be sent back to You. • Where provided, belts and any designer packaging such as authenticity cards, dust bags, and tags should be included with Your return/exchange. • Unidentified returns may be returned to the sender.
7.COMMUNICATIONS

We may communicate with you by e-mail, SMS, phone call or by posting notices on the website or by any other mode of communication. Sale offers are valid for a limited time and are valid on online purchases only at www.vinayfashion.ae unless otherwise noted. We reserve the right to change or cancel promotions or discounts at any time. Offers void where prohibited by law.
